I am an edgy, messy, unorganized, thirtysomething new mom. By edgy, I mean I am neurotic and uptight. Writing a blog is probably the last thing that I should be doing right now considering that I am just getting around to sending birth announcements when I should actually be sending out first birthday party invitations. I am that mom. I am the kind of mom that will make all the other moms feel like they are the mother of the year.

You are probably rolling your eyes right now thinking that this is just another mommy blog. Yes, I am a mom. Yes, this is a blog. But the purpose of this blog is not to talk mommy talk all the time. I have created this blog to be a space where I can share my journey in trying to be a grown-up when I actually have no idea what the hell I am doing. And I am not just saying that. I really have NO idea about anything when it comes to being an adult. I need this blog to laugh at myself because it is that bad.
